Susan A. Welborn
Susan attended accounting classes at Truitt McConnell College. She has been with the firm since 1977 and has work experience in the secretarial, bookkeeping, payroll and accounting fields serving the firm’s clients in various industries.
Susan assists with the accounting and financial recordkeeping for clients and also serves as the firm’s office manager. Her loyal dedication with the firm enhances the quality of service to our clients and the function of our firm.
A lifelong resident of Hartwell, Susan was married to Tony Welborn (deceased), former Chief Magistrate Judge of Hart County and retired police detective. They have two children and four grandchildren. Susan enjoys reading, going to the mountains, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Susan is a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church where she serves as Assistant Treasurer, on various committees and as an assistant Sunday School teacher and has previously served as church Clerk and Treasurer. She has also served as Treasurer and Secretary of the Pilot Club of Hartwell as well as Fundraising co-coordinator for many years.
