Jesse Caswell
Para-Professional
Jesse Caswell is our para-professional and receptionist. She comes with experience in administration, human resources, and analytics. She is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and known for her positive attitude and empathic approach.
Originally a Hartwell native, Jess earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and minor degree in Sociology from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2021. She then worked a few years in corporate human resources in Buckhead, before moving to Lawrenceville and continuing her professional growth in police recruiting. Jess moved back to Hartwell in 2025 and is overjoyed to be back in her hometown with her mother and close community of friends.
Jess enjoys caring for her pets and plants in her free time. Outside of work, she can often be found tending to chickens, snuggling cats, or making a mess in the garden. Jess looks forward to greeting and assisting you with all your accounting needs at Burch, Crooms & Co.
